Vulak`Aerr is the reigning lord of the Temple of Veeshan and resides in the center of NTOV. Casts Ancient Breath, Call of the Zero, Gift of Aerr. Always drops 3 items. === Strategy === After the second post-chardok revamp patch, Vulak is now perma-rooted like some other dragon bosses in NToV. His lair has insubstantial walls which players may fall through into the lava below. Due to these changes, Vulak`Aerr will still spawn as normal but will NOT be attackable or aggroable until all the NToV dragons he formerly called for help from are dead. This requires players to defeat other bosses in NToV before engaging Vulak. Vulak's guards will respawn when Vulak is unlocked by defeating his last NToV buddy, players who wish to race for engagement should be careful. Be aware that Beldion Icewind spawns nearby, who may CH Vulak if he's not handled. Slow him. Kill all the other dragons first!
