The Brownie Scouts and Maidens in Lfay are not PHs. Multiple spawn points on the east side of the zone, can be up at the same time as Bracken Underbrush. PHs is low level mobs (Giant Spider, Wasp Soldier, Pixie Prankster, Fae Drake Hatchling). ~90 second respawn time for the PH/Named spawn point.
