The boss of island two. This triggered spawn will appear over the corpse of an azarack, a particular one which is slightly higher level and max hits for 220. If you are tanking an azarack that hits for 220, prepare to kill this boss or prompt a kiter to pick him up. The boss, like many triggered spawns, will reset to the location it spawned, not the center of the island with the rest of the Azaracks. This boss, like other PoSky bosses, will not trigger Sirran to spawn if another Sirran is still up.
