Located in The Icy Mug. Parsed him as having 4520 HP, but he was healing himself. Has at least 3,000 HP and casts Cleric spells but Theft of Thought wont work on him. Drops Ancient Rusted Key (Always) for Reinforcements for the Tunarean Regiment. As of 9/19/20, Wandering Mind works. I am assuming Theft of Thought must have been fixed as well. Killed with level 50 enchanter. Two mobs nearest him despawn upon engaging.
