Spawns at loc 1556.89, -2381.59, -99.69 in the caves at a dead end. Shares a spawn cycle with a minotaur slavers (with an "a", 3 spawns in the mines). If no Lord is up, one will spawn on the first available a minotaur slaver (with an "a") spawn inside the mines. If a Lord is up anywhere else in the mines, a minotaur slaver (with an "a") will spawn on his spot. When attacked: "Minotaur Lord says, 'I survived the gladiator pens of Qeynos!! What can you do to one such as I?!!'" Can spawn the Minotaur Hero when killed.
