The entrance to the underwater tunnel leading to the tower can be found at Loc (2587, 1551, -113). Deep is nearby but does not aggro. NOTE: Spawn percentage appears to be accurate. I camped this spot for 17 hours trying to get Clean Lakewater for Druid epic, leading to about 35 spawn cycles for Bergurgle and placeholders; got Bergurgle 7 times which is right about 20% of the time.
