Guard Donlan

A corrupt Qeynos guard stationed at a tower in Western Karana with Guard McCluskey. At night he will leave to walk south to the Barbarian fishing village to extort money from them and then path back to the tower (he leaves the tower starting at approximately 7-8 PM). During the day he stays at the tower. *Note at level 30 sometimes he cons blue and hits for 56 max, so level 27. Also if you pull him and Guard McCluskey then feign death Guard McCluskey runs back to the tower while Donlan slowly walks back making it easy to re-engage him.
