Froglok Bartender

Spawns in the west wing of the upper part of Old Sebilis (past the Jail area with the iksar necromancers in it). The bartender or his placeholder stands behind the little bar in the room. Note: 09/06/2025 killed bartender 14 times and I got 7 gloves, 4 capes, 2 arms, 1 greaves. Unless I'm very unlucky I doubt the loot table is a 25% even split. Got 53 PH so probably more around 20% spawn rate.
