An Aviak Guard

There are two that spawn outside of the Arena zone. There are also three that spawn on the island nearest to the arena (by the big flame), and two on a smaller island south of the "flame island". Harmony will effectively split the guards although they look way too close together to work. Kills have been without faction penalty.
