A turmoil toad

Foulness extraordinaire, the Plane of Fear's overpopulated turmoil toad is of close relation with Plane of Hate's an ire ghast. Spams a nigh-unresistable fear-spell Panic, ''disregarding any forms of LOS or MR-checks''(Don't believe this is true, have resisted Panic multiple times in a row at 55+ with over 160 MR - A 60 Bard with 255 MR was able to resist Panic 16 out of 18 times, and the 2 times it landed may have been due to MR song being dispelled.) (Can confirm, this is resistible like any other fear.) Has a tendency to mooch nearby with 2 others of his kin, ganging up on unsuspecting pullers with their wicked aggro-range and outta-nowhere-jumps-on-you. When the pullers aren't answering, they're running around Fear being kited by these ribbity/croaky sploitwads. Their irritating green color and tiny size allow them to blend into the surroundings. Known to spend their time hiding behind tombstones in the graveyard. Despite all of the above, they make serviceable Enchanter pets in a pinch. A cast of Root on their target stops Panic from causing issues. They can also hold weapons.
