Their combination of Complete Healing and Enrage can be a headache for many raids. One suggested strategy is to have all the melee push with a designated MA who is not the tank, while the tank ensures the giant is pointed away from nearby walls. Certainly tougher than Adjutants, but confirmation on exact stats needed. Not to be confused with the warriors, Protector of Zek, which guard the arena's back door.
