A prisoner

Located in the arena in West Freeport. Exit through the door and find a small prison. In one of the cells is a prisoner merely named "a prisoner." Give him Bog Juice, Edible Goo, and Bunker Cell (Blanket). He will give you a key called H. K. 102.
