Appears to be a random spawn at any one of the 4 Bulthar spots in CS -- all four of which spawn very near each other. One might say it is a PITa, compared to the other non-Herdleader Bulthar's. Fought on 52 monk. Did not summon at 66% Possibly does not summon at all.
